The service and staff are exceptional. I had three machines serviced and cleaned there. I returned with two of them to get help and was amazed at the undivided attention given to me and my machines. Pleasantly surprised that the cost of this minor adjustment was part of the fee I paid when having those machines serviced and cleaned. A GREAT place to trade.

This place is great and Tricia really knows her stuff. Don't CHANGE a thing! Sort of like a friendly neighbor who also sells sewing and embroidery machines, sergers, thread, vacuums, steamers and does repair work. They have a wide range of machines, lowest prices, classes, and absolute. BEST Customer Service! A perfect Saturday morning visit kind of shop

I went to Sewing and Vacuum Warehouse to buy an Embroidery machine. Tricia was very helpful and took her time explaining the different choices that were available. I was referred by a friend who said they very helpful to her. Glad I went to Sewing and Vacuum warehouse. Great Customer Service!

Great, knowledgeable service from Tricia and Richard, without any high pressure sales. They have a good trade-in program and will also give you a great trade-in if you upgrade your machine following a purchase from their store. The best feature is the one hour hands on lesson with your new machine. They also let you try it out before you purchase it and give you instructions as to how to thread it before you leave the store (great for us neophyte sewers!)

I just purchased the Janome Memory Craft 9900. LOVE IT! Tricia and the other staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sale. The prices are reasonable and often better than their competitors. It is well worth your time to drop by when looking for a sewing, embroidery, or quilting machine.

Great place to start your sewing hobby & for those who like to upgrade their old 1! Tricia is very helpful with all her knowledge of it, as well the staffs in the store that help her out. As I'm a beginner & like to start my sewing hobby, she help me to choose the sewing machine & answer all our questions patiently as my husband also question her to make sure I got the right 1 to start. So happy to get my sewing machine, Its a MUST place to visit for your sewing hobby!!

GREAT Customer Service! My husband bought my embroidery machine from them and they gave him a great deal. He was going to buy the display machine and they gave him a brand new one for the same price since it was a gift. I have come back several times to purchase ALL my materials and accessories needed for all my crafty projects. Won't go anywhere else!

The service here was great! Tricia was very knowledgeable and helped us make a great decision. She was VERY patient and answered all the questions I had. She even let us play with the machine and sew and embroider a few things :) My husband made his initials with a shark! He is a pro now!
