Beer, like a high school cheerleader, tends to be both bubbly and popular. Now the Garden Oaks/Oak Forest district (affectionately called the GOOF) has even more of this well-liked libation, thanks to its latest beer bar. Shepherd Park Draught House takes its craft selection seriously with offerings from locals like St. Arnold, Karbach and Southern Star. Food wise, expect some of the most solid burgers in the area as well as pinkies-up pub fare like drunk mussels, a braised short rib sammich or goat cheese ravioli. Bonus? Weekend brunch. Don't miss the Shipley's waffle.

Every dish I've had is excellent, they really do burgers well. Great craft beer list and a really chill vibe with great playlist.
