Horrible costumer service and inept plumbers. I hired cardinal to do a hydrostatic test. The plumber told me I didn't have a washout, and that he needed to remove my toliet to do the test which cost $200. I hired cardinal to do some more work later and another plumber informed me that I did infact have a washout. They install a gas stove, but it didn't work and when I called to have them come fix the crappy job they did the first time they showed up over 2 hours late! Never use Cardinal. There are hundreds of other plumbers in Houston.
