Very rude, arrogant & impolite chef Pedro. We are repeat customers at the Grille that had lunch & brunch for years.In the last year this place has gone from bad to worst when it came to the quality of food, service and most of all the piano entertainment they had by Michaelangelo. The last time we had dinner, I had a problem with the way my food was cooked, so I sent it back to the kitchen with Manuel but when he brought it back it was still the same, so I asked him to take it back to the kitchen. a few seconds later Chef Pedro comes out from behind the Bar and instead of greeting us, he gave us this dirty look as if " how dare we complain about his dish " I would like to add that nothing was done to take care of the problem. The old man that plays the piano is awful & unfriendly. I have news for Saks 5th Ave. We will never shop again there and we will never dine at your Grille. You need to teach your Chef Pedro certain qualities of catering to your clients' needs instead of being rude, arrogant and impolite.
