I felt greatly reassured about purchasing the property after your thorough investigation. I felt that you had identified any issues that I should be aware of so I can take that information back to the seller with confidence. I also felt that you prepared me for issues that might be a challenge sometime in the future so I can work on correcting those after the property becomes mine. I appreciated your expertise and demeanor. I felt that you explained everything to me in a manner I could understand and answered all my questions patiently and completely.

His inspections are very thorough and complete. He points out all of the issues without blowing them out of proportion. Keeps information matter of fact and does not offer conjecture or opinions. And, his reports are very easy to read and understand. I will continue to use Home Integrity Inspections and consider Stephen Wisneski & Associates to be my main go to inspector.
