Sales presentation was clear and the result of the audit was very detailed and convincing. I went ahead with the deal right away.

The installation was impressively fast and they did what they said they would do. Timely, clean and the result of the installation met my expectation.

Now I am waiting for the summer to come to start enjoying a cooler home and lower energy costs.

Wow what a difference from last year and this. My electric bills have been half or less than half of what they were before Green Street. The energy audit was a real eye opener. Five stars to Green Street.

After our energy audit (which was very eye opening) we decided to get the attic fan, new insulation and pipes wrapped. The attic fan was installed with the next two days. we scheduled the insulation for the next week, the guys that came were very courteous and professional. They were fast and efficient and we have already noticed a difference. I would highly recommend Green Street!!!

This company gets an A for professionalism. I was a skeptic at first, but after the audit I could see that alot of my air condition bill was cooling the attic. I had solar attic fans installed, radiant barrier, attic insulation, air duct sealing, window film, door sealing, window sealing, attic tent, garage door insulation, outlet insulation and bulb replacement on fictures. The best part is that I will be able to claim most of the cost on my income taxes, wow what a credit. My bill in October 2011 was $259.00, this year was $139.56 - I do not think it was any cooler outside this year from last year. I will recommend this company to my friends.

The Green Street auditor came out visited in March and we decided to add an attic fan, radiant barrier, insulation, and duct seals. They were able to do the work within a few days. The work crews were the nicest, most polite and professional workers I had ever worked with. They worked very quickly, kept a very clean environment, and made as little disruption as possible. The results have been fantastic. I just compared this summer’s bills to last summer’s bills and we saw a huge decrease in the overall usage especially through the hottest months of the summer with savings ranging from 200 – 700 KWH which was much more than we expected. Although, it is a bit of an expense to do the work, between the savings and tax write-off, it has basically paid for itself.

Are your utility bills seemingly out of control during these hot summer month? Want to do something about that and help in a small way ease our dependence on foreign energy sources? Let me recommend the folks at GreenStreet Energy. They have a program that will increase your home’s energy efficiency and you can offset the cost of doing so through a rebate on your federal income taxes and a second rebate offered by company. No high pressure sales tactics – they do an energy audit, and, if their program won’t benefit you through reduced utility bills, they’ll tell you also. We liked what they did for our primary residence so much, we are planning to do similar work on a second house we own.

The team installed installation in all airways, a solar panel on the roof and insulation in the attic. Our master bedroom was always hotter than the rest of the house. The master bedroom and entire house is cooler, and there are no noticeable air drafts. The job was done very quickly.

Greenstreet is an insanely well-designed program for the household looking to tame its monster energy bills. From the initial energy audit and presentation of options to the execution of the upgrades themselves, Greenstreet made the process of upgrading our home so extraordinarily convenient that we never lost momentum. Start to finish, the entire process (audit, financing, installation) took two days.

While it is too early for me to report definitively on our energy savings, a quick analysis of the last few weeks shows our savings to be pretty much in line with the lower end of their representative's projections. We're going to install another (electric) attic fan to see if we can tease out a few more savings. (Because of the direction our home faces, we had to install the solar attic fan in a sub-optimal location). Overall, high marks for Greenstreet.
