Owner needs to know they are terribly staffed. I spoke on the phone to make an appoint with Chali M. and explained to her that I needed my partial highlighted cover up to my natural color of Auburn. When I came in to the studio, my hair was wet, she stated without blow drying my hair to evaluate the true color that my hair was medium-brown and we went back and forth debating on the color. She said that my hair was medium-brown and that she could color my hair medium-brown or auburn but if I had colored my hair auburn I would have to come in every two months to have it re-colored. I refused the color auburn color and she began coloring my hair medium -brown. In the middle of coloring I asked why she coloring my whole hair and she said so it would be an even color. From never having my hair fully colored, I was unaware she coloring my whole hair and my natural hair color would be gone. After, the appointment I called her crying and asked if she could fix my hair. She repeatedly told me she was confused and that she gave me what I wanted. I explained to her several different ways that I displeased and that I wanted the color stripped and she continued to say she was confused. In a nutshell this hairstylist was lazy and rude. It's been a year since this incident and I have not returned to a hairsalon. I believe this hairstylist gives this salon a bad reputation and DO NOT RECOMMEND this salon. I urge the owner to keep a closer eye on her staff.
