not exactly after hours. this place closes at 8pm, so much for "after hours" service. the man who answered the phone didnt identify the business at first, I had to ask if I reached the right place. He was quite friendly & said they were closed when I called @8pm, but he would be happy to help me get a notary @10am tomorrow.
