Thank you for 25 years of great service. This company is wonderful!!! I have used them since 1982 when we moved to Grogans Mill, they kept our appliances and Air Conditioner running that whole time. Our furnace just recently went out and they talked us into a new energy efficient unit. We got 3 other estimates just to make sure the prices were ok and Woodlands Appliance and A/C came in $500 less. Not only great service but great prices too, I LOVE YOU GUYS!!!

HORRIBLE Service. This place is horrible! Guy comes out to fix my dryer...pulls it away from the wall, cuts off some of the venting tube and says it should work now! Guess what? I didnt work! So the next day I called back and they did not give me an apt until the following day..I asked for another tech.. they said HE was the only one! So they say he will come between 3-4pm. HE NEVER came! As of course, I had things to do and NOT waste my time waiting. I called at 5:20..they located him and he called to say he would be coming in 10 mins...at 5:40 he still had not arrived, so I left to do the errands that i needed done..I have a 7 yr old and almost 10 mo old! I told him that i wanted my money back..told me he could not do that.. I saw that when i returned home, he has called at 6PM! Wow! nothing like being 2 hours late! I am currently trying to take it up with the manager! IM so FURIOUS

This place is awful! So, i had to call another place and pay more money..

Bottom LINE: DO NOT WASTE A PHONE CALL OR TIME ON THIS PLACE!
