Delegance is a great place to go and have a luxurious day at the spa they have lots of wonderful packages to choose from and the staff are always willing to accommodate your needs! This is the perfect little place for birthday, anniversary or just a way to say I love you

Love this place. The negative reviews must be from competitors. The stylist who did my blowout and eyebrow and lip wax was amazing. I have not got my hair colored or cut here yest because I pretty much stick to a favorite, but I am definitely going to give them a try next week. They use Schwarzkopf which is just as good, if not better than Goldwell.

I don't think I have ever been happier with the way she (I'll edit this when I find your name and card) styled my hair and as a natural blond who does not need a lip wax and has had a very bad experience wit one years ago, I went ahead and gave it a go...I figured if I looked like I had a red scar above my lip I could sleep instead of doing photos. It did not hurt a bit and after 3 months it still looks ok. Will be going in for a brow wax but i want to make sure the same girl is there.

They sell Image Skin care products. Some of the best and not easy to find and do Guinot body treatments if you're into that.

The owner/manager is extremely friendly and he will make sure everything is perfect.

My wifes experience. For me and my wifes anniversary i decided to get her a package from Delegance. I was confused on what type of package to get her but the lovely receptionist was eager to help me! I decided to get her 'Pamper Your Loved One' which consisted of sauna session, spa pedicure, Ocean splendor, 1 hour aromatherapy massage. I dropped my wife off early in the morning to get her services done because we had a dinner reservation in downtown. After picking my wife up later that afternoon she was glowing with happiness. And let me tell you i havent seen my wife so happy like that unless its in the bedroom. (if you know what i mean). She loved it and couldnt stop talking about it all night... even at the dinner reservation she kept blabbering about how they treated her with so much respect and offered her complimentary wine. Thank you delegance for helping my wife find something that pleases her besides me. hahah Thank You

I cant believe this. First time trying out Delegance Salon & Day Spa! I was astonished on how persistent the employers were to keep my satisfied happy and comfortable! Delegance gave me a good experience and i would love to visit them very soon! Thank you Delegance!

Mistake. I have read every review in Houston about Delegance. & I have one question... where do these people get these negative insults from? I tried out delegance many years ago and i am still an ongoing client of theirs. and from the reviews i have read (BAD) they dont seem nothin like delegance? Delegance is a peaceful place. Offered complimentary wine and with a package there comes a elegant lunch. Served with candles lit. For my daughters birthday i sent her to delegance and bought her an all day package. I also bought my daughter one of their packages that come with a limo service! My daughter loved it.. she could not stop talking about Delegance and how pleased she was with me to give her a gift like this. Im glad my daughter appreciated it.. . Delegance truely defines the meaning of elegance. And if you know anything about GOOD SERVICE and CLASS then you know delegance is just that. The place is elegant , both places; Houston location and Katy location. Thank you Delegance for pampering my daughter and giving her what she deserved... GOOD SERVICE! i will be coming back for valentines day!

Bad or Good?. When we consider going to a day spa first thing that comes to mind is .. is it even Good? I reviewed Delegance from many sites. Read some good and some bad reviews. I was a little skeptical about if i really wanted to try this place out. But i did anyway.. i gave it a shot! I have been to many day spas around the world, From cali to miami and my hometown houston! I have been all over houston searching for a Good day spa.. thats not just filled with asians (pardon me) but we all know some oriental palces are not at all good.. especially the fungus that some of them carry. I was astonished from what i got out of Delegance! They are not only rated as #1 top day spa in houston but i think they deserve a reward for client appreciation. They truely treated me as if i was a queen? I enjoyed this day spa very much so... and i would love to visit this place more often! I consider anyone and everyone to try this place out before reading these reviews. I certainly was not going to try this place out because of some reviews.. but goodness are those reviews wrong! Delegance will def. see me soon.. REAL SOON! and i would love to tell all my friends about this place. Thats why i started here.. to tell everyone who reads these "OVER-RATED" reviews to try it out for your self! THANK YOU DELEGANCE

Who knew. Who knew that you could be treated like royalty in any business? Especially a day spa?!!! Decided to take this place into consideration. Everyone has been talking about Delegance.. rated as #1 top day spa's in Houston. I read most of the reviews.. some bad.. some good. But you cant believe everything you hear right? Well thats exactly the motto that i live by. I checked this place out to see for my self. I received a blow out for my hair spa pedi and mani. The lady that did my pedi was a very nice woman. She offered me a beverage which was very polite of her. The employers talked to me adn kept me company which i appreciated. Over all this experience was a very good one. I suggest anyone who wants to try out a REAL top of the line day spa to try this one out! For the bad reviews that i read didnt make sense at all? Im honored to write a good review for a place that deserves it! Delegance im coming back soon! THANK YOU

Best day spa in houston. First time having services from this day spa. I was a little nervous but when i arrived the employers made me feel comfortable. offered me complimentary wine! The packages are amazing.. offers limo service and lunch on the house. I decided to get a whole day package. Received a massage by a very good masseu Ana. Got my nails done by Betty. Over all my expierence was good! I recomend anyone who enjoys a peacful day at the spa this is the place to be. I will be coming back! Thank You delegance

Dont wast your money here. Went in Blond with an angled bob. Came out looking grey and like they cut my hair with a bowl on my head.

Hairdresser but dark brown all over my head then put back in 4 foils for highlights. I left with 1/4" roots showing. Way overpriced for the job they do.

Worst Wax. I've heard good things about Monica, so I booked a waxing and facial with her. She half-a$$ed the waxing, left patches of hair down there, and she did nothing but complain about how much she was tired of doing brazillians. She didn't even go over the area with tweezers, so when I got home I had to remove what she didn't. She did my facial afterwards and the experience was lacking. She didn't even do an extraction! Which was why I needed a facial, to unclog my pores. Way over priced for a job half done!
