This is definitely one hotel restaurant that's worth staying in for! The Eggplant Gratin is not-to-be-missed as is Chef Cunninghame West's off-the-menu Prosciutto and Arugula Pizza!

Located inside the Hotel Derek, this is the 3rd restaurant be Beard nominated Piero Selvaggio. Offers high end Itslian. Great wine dinners.
