I have always been leery of care dealerships - however I bought a new car here 2 years ago and everything was great - I have had my care services there since I bought it and they have been very good - another car rear ended me and caused considerable damage and they had it back to me in a week - their service department is good

I would like to say that Sales person James Crosby was very helpful and professional in helping me choosing my vehicle. I would recommend James to all my friends that are looking for a car.

I purchased a new 2007 Tahoe in 2007. I have had 2 Tahoes serviced there for about the last 4 years. I have found the service department and staff VERY good at their job. I have had some strange issues unrelated to the vehicle that they have fixed for me and for free. I would also recommend a Tahoe. It has had very few issues now with 36K miles on it. I will cont to do business with Allen Samuels Chevy on SW freeway. Thanks guys.

Got my car inspected and I wanted them to check out the rest of the car. They worked on my brakes and were able to give me my car by the end of the day. Can't say I have any complaints
