Thank goodness we found this place. We actually went to another nearby ER first and left after they kept messing around with our insurance stuff while my wife was sitting there in pain. We came here was seen right away and had the best treatment I can think of from a hospital in a long time. Luckily we found this place.

We had a wonderful experience here.. We had a wonderful experience here. Everyone was so helpful and friendly and the doctor was just excellent. I am sure there are billing issues with any facility like this and we had ours taken care of right away. We just called their department and it was taken care of like that. I would not hesitate to go back there if we ever need to in the future. We are glad to have an alternative to waiting 4 or 5 hours in the hospital like our last visit to the emergency room across the street.

Best ER-until you get the BILL. We thought the same thing, this is like a 4 star hotel! Yep, and the bill reflected it. Like most Americans, our insurance has a high deductible, and this facility is considered "emergency" not 'clinic' so NONE of it was covered. Our son had an ear infection. We spent 15 minutes there. The Doctor looked in his ear. He wrote a prescription. Not one band-aid was used. The bill? $872.85. THAT, my friends is what is wrong with our current health care system. I called to complain about this ridiculous cost, and she said, 'How much do you think you can pay" I said, I realize it is not regular business hours so we will pay $200. She said fine. I paid the $200. I continued to get billed for the remaining balance. Fearing this would jeapordize my credit rating, I paid the rest. I would like to be reimbursed for the remaining balance that I grossly OVERPAID. No response from the billing department yet. If I get reimbursed, I will happily adjust this rating to a 5 star.

Best ER I have ever been to..... I don't usually write reviews but I was really impressed with this place. We had a family emergency in the middle of the night and found this place on google. Everyone from the receptionist to the nurse and doctor were really friendly and took to time to explain what was going on. My son was very nervous but left all fixed up and a happy camper. I can't recommend this place enough.
