I had a great experience working with Kasie and the team at Big Splash. And I'm very pleased with the finished product. Kasie was accessible, friendly, fun and helpful throughout the process. We even launched the website earlier than anticipated. Overall a great experience.

Do You Research First!!.
Don't trust the positive reviews, they can be easily faked. Ask for customer reference list and most important CALL those customers before you sign up with any company.
Big Splash really has a huge problem with communicating to the customer. Any questions or problems you might run into over time will remain unanswered. You get a quick reply or message to pacify the customer. If you don't stay on top of them issues, it stays unresolved.
Ty WildWeb Studios in Friendswood before this one. It worth it!

I'm very sorry you don't feel like we responded appropriately to you. Please call us at 281-816-6932 and we will do our best to correct any issues you're having. In regards to our reviews and references, we invite anyone to verify or talk directly to them. We have absolutely nothing to hide and will always do our best to correct any problems or issues a client is having. We also go to great time and expense to provide transparency and open communication during any project by providing our clients with direct access to our internal Project Management Portal where they can see the exact status of all open and completed tasks for their projects, as well as expected timelines and messages.
Again, I would invite you to let us know directly how we can help solve this issue, rather than an anonymous review. While we don't claim to be perfect, we do certainly strive to do right by our clients, which is why we have so many positive reviews and long-term clients.

Incredible Service...Incredible Value!. Having owned a multimedia development firm in the past...my expectations were VERY high when I started working with Chris and his team. To say they met my expectations would be an understatement. We have received a tremendous amount of positive feedback on our Big Splash designed website (visicor(dot)net) and due to that response, we have hired Big Splash to handle all of our social media and internet marketing. I have nothing but good things to say about their company and very thankful to have them as one of our key vendor partners.

Very bad experience. Chris and the team were very difficult to work with. They were consistently late with delivering updates and always tried to nickle and dime me for any changes that we wanted to make. I give them 2 stars only because the end result was average. Just go in with your eyes open.
