29.591679 -95.624399This is the only pizza I like in this area. Its the closest I can get to home. Good staff, good food and good time.
stay away. the former general manager BARRY FISHER who was Promoted District Manager actually took a pizza from the trash can and then served it to a table..when staff complained about it, he FIRED them. This is the most disgusting place in Texas to get pizza and service..i put one star because I had to give a star
GREAT PIZZA... but service is horrible.... We go to the Grimaldis in The Woodlands. I have to agree - we GO FOR THE PIZZA...because the service is horrible. The young hostess staff greet you with 'deer in the headlights' look...they seem overwhelmed - if not clueless and downright rude. If you go to Grimaldis in the Woodlands Waterway - expect to be there A LONG WHILE... and expect a 1-2 hour wait on a weekend evening. Then once you do get seated... don't expect things to move any faster. That said - it is hands down the best pizza in town (I'm a Chicago transplant).
Best pizza in Houston. Best pizza in Houston by far. My husband is from Brooklyn and I lived in NY for 10 years. We love Grimaldi's in Brooklyn and were shocked to find it in SL. We love their salads as well and have always found the staff to be professional and friendly.
Horribly SLOW service, good pizza, BAD attitude staff. We were trying to go for the fourth time when My daughter stated that we did not have time to wait for pizza, usually at least a thirty minute wait after order, so I called the restaurant and ordered the pizza ahead of time. The girl that answered said that they did not do pre-orders, but that we could get it to go and just ask for a table once we got there. Why the game? Who knows. Anyway when we got there my daughters went in first and I arrived in time to hear the almost manager state in the snottiest tone available to him, "we will seat you this time, but next time on a to-go order we will not!" I snapped and told him where to send his pizza. These people are terribly misguided if they believe that they can present this type of attitude in a city that has more than one good pizza restaurant. Going out is more than getting a good helping of food. It is and should be an experience. And this one was not good. We, and anyone that we speak to, will not be going back. Good luck with that bad service thing.
