Neighborhood Wine Bar (Beer too!). If you’re looking for a great little neighborhood bar with an urban feel in the suburbs, look no further. This little 2-story wood house-like bar has character. There’s also live music several nights during the week which can sometimes be a singer at a piano or a singer-songwriter guitar player type. Sometimes there’s even a 5-piece jazz band in this little place! Either way, you feel at home at Chelsea. Even though it is called a wine bar, they have a fairly good selection of beer as well, but no liquor. There are a few food items as well including small pizzas and Panini sandwiches.
