Do not rent from them.... If you are looking for a rental in the Houston/Katy area make sure you read the reviews about this company and run! I wish we had done that before we signed a one year lease with them. We moved from out of state and within the first week had several major issues with the home. The central air, kitchen faucet and dishwasher did not work. Try cooking when you have no kitchen sink or dishwasher. We called and filed a repair order and after 6 weeks of fighting, multiple phone calls and screaming matches the items were finally fixed. The property manager entered the home without our permission and asked us to commit insurance fraud so they could claim the repairs on the home warranty.

We requested a walk through when we left because of the multiple issues during our stay and because we had dogs. We made an appointment for 9:30 the morning we were leaving and driving out of the state. We sat and waited. We called to confirm and all was well and they were on their way. 1 hour later, still nothing. We called back and were told that the owner was coming instead. We took video and left. At 3:00 we were called and told they wouldn't be coming out and could they have our forwarding address. Wow.

I have never been treated the way this company treated us. Trust me, even if you are desperate, don't rent from them. You will regret it.
