Tips for Castle Dental

HORRIBLE!!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!! I would not recommend this to anyone. I went to Castle Dental at Sugaland just after getting back from out of counrty. I was given an appointment for 9:30am and was seen by the dr. at 11:15am. The billing folks could not verify my insurance in the mean time. The dr. had asked them to check again so that he could get all done at one time. They checked for another hrour and finally got the estimate by 1:15pm (gosh...after almost 3hrs). Then I was told they were going to start working on my tooth at 2:00pm. They finally finished at 4:15pm and said I was done. When I was ready to leave, I remembered they had not worked on my fillings which I paid for. As I was tired and ready to go home and VERY VERY UPSET with the staff for not completing their job, I asked if they could refund my money and they said they cant and asked me to come back again. OK. After a couple of days, I called and went to get my fillings done. When I was done with it, the billing specialist said it would be $50 extra as it is a new year and my deductible starts all over again. WHAT?? REALLY?? She was not aware of it until she ran billing. I asked why I should be paying for it and she said that as I was very upset when I left the last time so she did not think I was coming back and refunded the amount for fillings so it is now considered new service in new year. I told her I was not responsible for her assumptions and I will not pay the additional $50 and she tells me that I will receive a bill in mail.SO I WILL BE FORCED TO PAY FOR HER FAULT IF NOT IT WILL BE REPORTED TO COLLECTIONS. I asked that I speak with her manager and she said she was the manager. I asked for someone above her and she gave me Castle Dental CS #. Nobody ever returned my call even after I left several messages for them. In the mean time, I am waiting for my crown to come back in 2 weeks after the color match and then I get a call again from the same lady at front desk (after 21 days of my first visit) saying my crown will be in that week but the color match specialist is out of town and will not be back until 2 weeks from then. I paid for the secrvice up front and I go by your schedule with all the changes....HELL NOT!!! I asked that I speak with the facility manager or regional manager. I was given her contact # and again no one answered the phone and the VM was full that I could not leave a message. I called the sugarland location again and told them about it. They said they were going to email her and let her know to call me. I told them that I need a call back in 2 days if not I will complain about their business. No one cared and I never received a call.

WORST EVER!!! DON'T GO THERE!!!!. I just came back from an appointment at the Sugar Land (Texas) location with Dr Cheng that never happened. I waited for over 100 minutes and the front desk girls were still "trying" to check my benefits. I asked both women, and even tried asking another dentist and they all seemed oblivious to the fact that I've been waiting with two kids for over an hour and a half. The worst attention ever! They are soo unprofessional and profit minded..., I waited a few more minutes just to approach Dr Cheng and tell him myself: -Congratulations..., I've been waiting for over 100 minutes for an appointment is never gonna happen! I just moved from Chicago and can assure you this doesn't happen back there. I am myself from Southamerica and I can tell you this doesn't even happen in any debt-ridden-third-world-country! An hour and a half!!! What a shame for Texas..., wouln't be surprised if it all goes out of bussines soon! I give it all together a "ZERO" star rating! I can not believe all these previous reviews..., they are probably the employees trying to save the business! Search Yelp and other engines and you'll see. Taking my bussines somewhere else!

Very happy. The dentist performing my root canal has got to be one of the best dentists I've had in years. Her combination of follow up, care (both during and after), and her willingness to listen was what every person should strive to achieve.
