Sears Optical needs to work on their promotions. Seriously. I was utterly confused walking in. The company has about 10 different promotions going on simultaneously. It sounds like a bunch of double talk, rules and regulations. Please pick the best promotion and run with it. Every day low pricing? for who? It's for anyone under 30. If you need a multi-focal expect to purchase two pairs or pay retail price. Just be straight with the people , i'm satisfied with paying the price, just don't get people's hopes up, and kick us in the stomach while we're in the store. Associates in this location are nice ladies, but whoever is running the operation needs some work.
