Fleming's is a great steakhouse, but honestly, that is not the primary reason we visit. We shamefully admit...the lovely Chocolate Molten Lava Cake is the culprit. Boasting a rich and creamy center of Belgian Chocolate and served with vanilla ice cream and chopped pistachios, we will make the bold claim that it is simply the best in Houston...period.

Tips for Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar

Too Loud and High Priced. My wife and I went to Fleming's for an early dinner. We found the music playing so loudly I thought we must have been in the Hard Rock Cafe. Couldn't carry on a conversation and couldn't hear the waiter. After several requests they lowered the volume a bit, but the atmosphere is disappointing for a high-priced steak house. To be fair, the steak was very good. But for the price we will give Fleming's a miss - too many other restaurants know how to create an atmosphere where you can enjoy the meal.
