I stay there periodically for business becuase of the location and it's pretty clean most of the time. The desk staff acts as though I (ME) am doing THEM a favor by staying here. Worst customer service ever. The entire staff need to take customer service classes. When a potential customer walks in, they should be greeted with a smile and asked how can THEY the staff be of assistance. They should do this to EVERY customer that walks in and not just ones they know or like. Every customer should be treated equally. The customer should get what they pay for, if they are not happy with the room, then they should be given a new room or a refund, NOT an attitude or be treated terribly. "Brenda" also acts as though she owns the place and can assign you the room SHE wants you to have. She reminds me of the Soup Nazi from Seinfeld. I've also come to the office and on more than 1 occasssion she was walking around with what looked like a "doo rag" on at work? Highly inappropiate dress for a front desk clerk. The short hispanic lady acts if she knows nothing, and discusses her private business with customers. I'm not a counselor or therapist. Very unprofessional. The short african american fellow with all the tattoos can probably do a better job if he would simply GET OFF HIS PERSONAL CELL at work. The manager is never there when needed or maybe the staff wont contact her when you ask to speak with her. If I were the CEO, I would fire, or reassign that entire crew, including the GM. I did have a brief interaction with a pregnant woman. She was pretty nice, but I only spoke with her briefly to get change for the vending machines. She didn't have an attitude like the rest of them. The motel is always packed and thats good for business but it's not because of the staff, it's because of the rooms and convience. I will definitely be sending an email to Olivier Poirot. CEO Motel6

In Short
Since 1962, travelers have enjoyed budget-friendly prices at Motel 6. The national chain (more than 800 locations in the U.S.) accommodates traveling families, as kids stay for free and complimentary coffee is available every morning. The rooms are simple--a TV on the dresser (free HBO and ESPN), data port for computer users and a basic bathroom--but at these prices, who needs a whirlpool?
