outstanding and unique. From the moment I arrived untill the present, I have been made to feel at home here.All of my needs were promptly met. The management and staff were outstanding and unique in their attentiveness and care for their patrons. This Americas Best Value Inn has secured customer in me and I will always look for a location of an Americas Best Value Inn first before booking any stay

Completely Adequate. The room was completely adequate: clean and comfortable with refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave.

I feel like I am at home. I have been staying at Americas Best Value Inn since 2007 when I was first diagnoised with cancer. I am from Arkansas and travel 7 hours to Houston for treatment. I feel like I am at home at this hotel. The people who work here treat me like family. They make sure they ask each day how I am doing. They get you to and from your appoinments each day with a smile on their faces. I would recommend anyone coming to Houston to stay at this hotel.

very dedicated. I had to come to Houston for a double partial knee replacement and needed to find a warm, caring place to stay at a good price. I feel I hit the jackpot with this Hotel as

A. You can get a medical rate at a time when every penny counts.

B. Rooms are large and have 2 nice beds, so plenty of room to move around, you have your own fridge, micro and coffee maker.

C. If you are up to it, there is a nice continental breakfast in the lobby and if you are not up to it the staff will probably bring to your room-I always gave a small tip.

D. Laundry services on property and pool.

E. There is a bus shuttle that leaves regularly to get you to and from the Medical Center

F. Saving The Best for last, The Staff are very nice, friendly, helpful and go above and beyond,.The manager, is very dedicated to your well being.

I stayed here for 5 weeks until I felt comfortable with stairs again.

I was more than impressed and highly recommend this property.

Everyone who worked at this hotel was kind and helpful. We came to Houston because my husband had to have back surgery at the Houston VA Hospital. We stayed at America's Best Value Inn on 9604 S. Maine Street for an entire week. The desk clerks, the manager, and the maids were wonderful. Since I was under a great deal of stress at the time, my husband being a high risk patient, I was very grateful to have a good place to stay. The people working there were so helpful and caring. When my husband returned from the hospital, the evening clerk was so kind to get a wheelchair and help him from our car into the chair and then wheeled him into the room. Everyone was great.

I would recommend this hotel. I went with my wife to do an away elective at the MD Anderson Cancer Center in the month of January 2011. What clearly gives 5 stars for this hotel and sets it apart from the others is the service. Since our arrival at the Americas Best Value Inn Hotel Reliant Park in Houston, our stay was wonderful. I did not like the location of the initial room. I asked the front desk clerk to help us with the situation and he immediately called the manager, Ms Perry. She was outstanding right from the beginning. We were moved to a new and Bigger Room! for the same price. Robert and Mr Asiz were great in their assistance at the front desk.Continental breakfast everyday. Clean rooms. Free high spped internet. Free parking. Kitchen in room. Complete house keeping service twice per week. Clean towels everyday. Thank you Maria and Irma for your service. Mr Ismael and Manuel always was very helpful with the maintenance. Transportation every hour from and to Houston Medical center. Transportation every hour to close attractions: Reliant Park, restaurants, Herman memorial park, etc. Very polite drivers. Walcott and Harold thank you guys for your good sense of humor while driving to the hospital. Ms Perry is a very special lady. She helped us from the beginning changing the room for us. The day after she asked specifically for my transportation needs. She always has a smile to help other people. She also guide us through the different attractions in town. In this hotel a lot of children with various diseases come and stay for a while to receive medical treatment. They have the best possible attention at this hotel. Ms Perry helped us with printing tickets and work papers. She is really an outstanding manager, I have no words to describe how grateful we are with her.Definitely I would recommend this hotel to my doctor colleagues at home

a good place. Hotel is a good place if you need to camp out at MDA for medical purposes. The prices per day for patients are very reasonable , and per week are even better. The hotel had better ambiance than others nearby. It was older, but clean. It's about 2.5 miles south of MDA. There is an hourly free shuttle to MDA, and they will also take you to the grocery store. They even picked us up from Budget Car rental when we were stranded there. Hotel offers free continental breakfast, and free Wifi connections. Everyone was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

stay was very good. My stay was very good! The rooms were very clean. Service was great and so was breakfast! The rates were good and my children and I highly reccommend this hotel to others!!!! Thanks for the great stay!!!!!!!!
