They wrecked my car. After an 1.5 hour + wait, they wrecked my car and tried to cover it up. I went to NTB for a tire that kept going low, so I figured it had a nail in it. After waiting for an extremely long time for my car, I stood up to stretch and look out the window into their service area and I saw a group of 5-6 employees standing around the back of my car, which was now off the lift and on its way out for me to get. About 15 minutes later they told me my car was ready and with that relief I paid and walked out to my car. My car was backed into a spot and all the others were not, so I thought that is strange (especially after happening upon a group staring at the back of my car). So I decided before getting into my car to walk around and take a look to make sure everything was ok. Well, it wasn't my back bumper had been smashed, they had backed it into a pole. So I walked back in and told them we have a problem, explained the situation, and was asked to wait for a manager. The manager came to look at my car and decided it was a new injury to my poor car. They refunded my service cost for everythign, recommended a body shop, paid for the repairs and rental car. All in all a good resolution, but I don't think I will be going back. The management was great at handling the situation, the staff that works in the garage not so much. They just wanted me to drive off and think some one backed into me in a parking lot, unacceptable. Take responsiblity for your mistakes, we are all grown ups.
Be prepared for long waits, high prices.
It took me 3 hours and $130 just to get a flat tire replaced on my car ($90 for the tire + $40 in service fees). When I first showed up there were no empty seats in the waiting room, but within an hour I was the only customer there and yet it still took them another two hours just to replace my tire! They also didn't have my current tires in stock, so they replaced it with their "identical" in-house model, which oddly was $30 more expensive.
If you're going to go, have someone drop you off and get a very clear estimate on the wait time and price, and hold them to both.
