Fully open roses which last only 2 days - even when refrigerated more than half the time! Theyy should last well ovver a week.

Roses delivered for my husband’s birthday were dead most probably a week before they were delivered. Moreover, they were delivered in the evening instead of the morning as was requested.
Do not spend your time trying to follow the “company policy” on the back of the card and call to complain! It will be waste of your time. They will never answer the phone and will ignore your messages. After calling the shop for two days I decided to search about the “company”. You will not find even one reasonable review about them. The way they do business is a sham. They created website that makes people to believe that it is a reasonable shop. Do not believe it! Spend one or two extra-dollars and use someone else otherwise you have a risk to send someone dead flowers.
I took the “creation from the heart” that they delivered back to the shop. The owner’s attitude was absolutely ugly - same as their flowers.
Business like that should not be in business.
DON'T BUY YOUR FLOWERS HERE!!!!!!!!!!! CRAPPY. Flowers were ordered for Valentines day 1 1/2 weeks before. Waited all day for them to come. Called the number on the website no one would answer. I finally left work at 3:30 and went to their shop which is 5 minutes from my job. I was shocked!! I would not even call it a flower shop. It was a hole in the wall. When I opened the door there was one Asian lady and tons of boxes and trash. This was like a 1-800 flowers place not a florist. She was rude!!! Did not know where my flowers were are where or when they would be delivered. She said she could not get a hold of the driver. I demanded a refund. At that point Valentines day over. They refused. Anyway went to work the next day and they had arrived at 4:00. They might as well kept them. Paid 125.00 for a dozen roses. I was embarassed to put them on my desk at work. They were wilted like some kid had picked some old flowers and put them in a ugly jar. Ruined my Valentines day!! I tossed them. Complained to owner...they don't care. Please do yourself a favor and don't buy any fflowers from this place. This is not a flower shop!!!!! iT is a dump! Would not give refund or replace with flowers that even closely resembled the picture. They should be ashamed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Would give zero stars if I could. I was looking at florists when I saw this place had a recent review. They are the WORST!!!!
Mother's Day 2010 - Delivery boy delivers some UGLY dying flowers to my mother. They also did not deliver it in a glass vase like I paid for. Delivery boy looks at them and says "damn, you should call them for real". On top of that they RE-USED a card for the message. Guess what it said on the inside? "You'll always be a hot mama". Yes, exactly what I wanted to send my 50 year old mother, thanks. I call them right away and they say will come back and get them and refund my money. Guess what, they NEVER came back to get them.
I see that in 2011, they STILL have not changed and maybe even gotten worse.
ATTENTION ATTORNEY GENERAL!. This company is a rip-off! What a shock to receive a bunch of wilted flowers unattractively arranged on Mother's Day 2011 in the late afternoon unattractively arranged in a cheap clear glass that could pass for a drinking glass. The delivery boy was not to blame. The company card said "24-hour guarantee" and "phone us at once if there is anything wrong with your order". I have phoned several times: and guess what? No answer! Just a very unprofessional pre-recording that neither identifies them nor leaves space to leave a message. So, they take your money, but don't provide the product! AND, trying to report this online I have just seen other reviews, where lo and behold EVERYONE ELSE WAS ALSO CONNED!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!. Like the commenter said above, this place does not deserve a rating. They sent me the wrong flowers and I called them all morning and nobody picked up. I go up there to get a refund for my boyfriend and I get cursed out by LINDA, the owner, she calls me a dumbass, then she (I AM NOT KIDDING) PHYSICALLY ATTACKS ME! None of the delivery guys even did anything which tells me that this is a regular occurrence with that bitch. It took every bone in my body not to beat her ass on site. They made me look for my own receipt in a pile of unorganized receipts and paperwork in order for me to get my refund. I threatened to end their business, and I will...next stop Telefora and Better Business Bureau!
WORST FLOWER SHOP DUMP EVER. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM HERE!. This front, so called flower shop does not even deserve a rating! i recieved flowers from this junk place today. the lily bulbs were broken, the floweres were wilted and the arrangement was horrible.It was even close to what ws initially ordered. I called the the phone number all day, in hopes they would satisy the purchase that was sent to me for valentines. they never answered the phone. i went there after work and the lady cursed me out, callled me racist names (the N word) and told me i wasnt getting the money back and she didnt give a damn! I asked for the manager. She and some other idiot stated the manager was gone and they didnt want to be bothered. I have ever never experienced anything like i did today in my entire life. These people are racist fools. Their product is below standards. DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR IF TELEFLORA ASSIGNS THEM YOUR ORDER. I AM FILING A CLAIM AGAINST THESE INGRATES! THEY MOVED FROM THE BOLSOVER ADDRESS TO AN ADDRESS ON INTERCHANGE BLVD, ZIP CODE 77054.
