Worst customer service EVER experienced.
Are you also wary when going to a car mechanic period? Well then you'd be floored when you have received the worst customer service ever by any establishment, from their service manager. This manager lost control of his emotions COMPLETELY. Get this... He was yelling, screaming, belligerent, defensive, downright rude to me when pressed about why the wait time was double as long as promised after purchasing... wait get this...after $1000 in new tires.
NEVER EVER go to this location again. Or until corporate NTB gets a handle on this manager and the customer service issues in midtown Houston.
Only go in case of emergency. Don' t be tricked to come in by their coupons..
Brought my car in for tire rotation and check a tire for leak. They said everything was fine. I wasn't satisfied so I asked them to check again. Found a nail the size of Texas in the middle of the tire. Claimed it was an "oversight.".
Sloppy, shoddy, expensive, bad customer service, lack of accountability. Not only that, they wanted to charge me $50 more than Costco was charging for the tire replacement. Not a chance. Will never go there again, unless in case of emergency. I bet they fool a lot of rich Midtown people into their shop.
beware. Years ago NTB was terrible, then, a couple of years ago, they got their act together. Now, they are back to being bad. Most services & products are approximately 50% more than elsewhere. Also, high pressure on selling you the unnecessary repairs.
