After a sewer backup I tried calling several different plumbers to take care of my problem! I live in New York but own rentals in Houston. My new tenant was moving in and discovered that the main sewer line was clogged and the bathroom overflowed into the hallway!!! Once I talked to YB Plumbing I was just compelled to use them, the nice lady that answered was so kind and so southern! Within minutes the service tech called me and said he was 8 miles away and told me he was on the way! An hour and a half later he called and said they fixed the problem and they went ahead and cleaned up all the sewage and disinfected everything including the doorknobs and toilet handles!!!! I had already planned to call a clean-up company next, but YB Plumbing did it all! I could not believe these guys took it upon themselves to clean and disinfect also!!! Piece of mind is being 900 miles away and knowing that the plumbers you choose to do the job made you look like gold to your new tenants!!! I payed online with my credit card! How easy was that???

When I needed a plumber, my friend highly referred me to YB Plumbing which he had used in the past. I called YB Plumbing and the plumber came out that Morning as scheduled. He was very experienced and diagnosed the problem immediately. He replaced my shower cartridge and the leak was gone. I will refer this company to anyone who is looking for a plumbing service that they can trust...

We woke up one morning to no hot water – the water heater was leaking. I called YB Plumbing and they were able to have a plumber out that day and the new water heater was installed and ready to go that evening. Quick response, Excellent service and knowledgeable plumber made this a nightmare into a more pleasant situation.

My plumber from YB Plumbing was very fast and courteous. I truly felt like he gave our home the care he would his own.

Even though it proved to be a multiple day job, they didn't charge a dime the first day they came out, and refused to until the job was done. The quote we received for the cost was completely accurate. They were very thorough in everything from explaining the process to us, to clean up after the job was done. I will definitely use this company again.

YB Plumbing is a savior! I called this company late afternoon one day and though the technician was booked up, he was able to get here firs thing next morning. He was able to fix the problem right away, super courteous as well. He left area clean, wore booties, and charged a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend!

YB Plumbing technician is a ROCK STAR! I live in a very old flat and have had my share of plumbing woes. Lucky for me, I came across YB Plumbing on Citysearch and it was right on!

The technician is super responsive via call or text. He helped me hugely with, both, scheduled work (like moving shower head / detecting toilet had a fracture that could lead to leaks and replaced it) and the unscheduled (water leak through bathroom ceiling and chandelier - HORRIBLE surprise late on a Friday!). Not only was he quick to respond, he even has Saturday hours and worked overtime to ensure I did not have major flooding issue. He is so tidy with repairs - place was almost cleaner than before repairs.

I LIKE that. A lot!

If you have an issue, big or small, YB Plumbing is the place to call!
