I feel like I need to right two separate reviews on this place. First, the front desk staff is terrible. My fiance and I had two appointments, one at 12:40 and the other at 1:20. We arrived at 12:30 since we were first time patients. Amy is probably the rudest person I have met in my life. We had a 30 minute conversation where she tried to convince me that I didn't have insurance because she could not locate it the day before. (Not only did I not get a phone call, but she refused to contact the insurance company for me while I was there) I called VSP and had an authorization number for them in 5 minutes. Once insurance was sorted out, it was 1:20, which she then decided to harass me and tell me that I cannot see the doctor that I was supposed to see because "I was late" Which was not true. Well, one full hour later, I got to see the doctor; who was great. I have many positive words for him, but somehow, the experience with his staff makes it hard to praise the company. The rest of the staff was nice. Many of them even apologetic for Amy's behavior towards me. One of the other doctors even told me that "sometimes she has a bad attitude." They assisted me in picking frames and checking out. It is unfortunate that I had to catch a day of her attitude. If my fiance hadn't already gone back, I would have left and gone elsewhere. It is a shame when you have a business that has potential to be incredible... but one employee can ruin it. I have no idea if I will go back next year for my annual check-up. I guess that depends on who they have on staff at that time.

Fantastic staff and really helpful. Dr. Zaibaq is really knowledgeable and friendly.

All personnel are most courteous answering my questions about procedures and the reasons for procedures. Good job!

good job. I got really sick of being the "nerdy girl" every time I went to a bar or club, so I decided make the jump to contacts. They did a wonderful job with my contacts and answered all my non-contact wearing questions that I had, which was much appreciated.

They do an amazing job. Going to the eye doctor use to be very bland but the staff and Dr. Zaibaq make Eye Trends and enjoyable place to be. They do an amazing job taking care of their patients.

good. I honestly feel like a new man! I feel like a regular person with two eyes now. I was way beyond my nerdy ways. I loved the service that Eye Trends provided. I will be back for another appointment when needed.

very well educated staff. The staff here at Eye Trends are very well educated and very knowledgeable in their field. I ve never needed glasses until now so I wasn t sure to go with glasses or contacts, but after being shown the pros and cons of both I feel that we made the best choice for me. I m happy to have found such an amazing optometrist.

great service. Dr. Zaibaq is very informative and friendly. My other optometrist was really ride when I had questions. But that's not the case here at Eye Trends! Keep up the great work!
