HORRIBLE service from Hyatt/Onyx Limousine Service!! We used them for a cruise transport from Houston Hobby airport to Galveston cruise port. From airport to cruise, Limo driver was late, did not meet us in airport as promised (we had to go search for them in a parking lot and the location the driver gave us was non-existant, though we eventually found it) and wasn't even at the car when we got there. Limo was filthy! Old fruit floating int the ice containers from a previous ride. Driver was okay, not extremely professional, but not worth complaining about. Pick up service from cruise to airport was HORRENDOUS!!! Driver was TWO HOURS late and we missed our flight. The driver was rude when he picked us up - he never apologized, just said "not my fault" (though as it turns out, he stopped to take his last pick-up to lunch, which he was not supposed to do, so it was his fault). We believe the driver lied when he said traffic was bad, other limo drivers at the cruise said traffic was very light that day. While we were waiting for the late limo, we called the service to see what was going on and they would not pick-up or return our calls. The limo was filthy with garbage literally overfowing out of the containers and on to the floor. Based on all of this (mostly because the driver was rude), we chose not to give the driver a tip, at which time he cursed at us, very loudly. We contacted the limo service and they have done NOTHING. They refused any sort of refund claiming "they still provided a service". The person we spoke to promised he would speak to his manager and would call back, we NEVER received a call back or any sort of compensation for the horrible service we received. We chose using a limo service rather than using the cruise shuttle service because we were taking my husband's parents on a cruise to make their 50th anniversary special, and Onyx Limo completely spoiled this for us. For a service organization, they have much to learn about providing customer service.

Absolutely one of the best limo rentals in Houston I've had in several years. The rate for their party buses was very affordable, the driver was very cool and patient, and our party bus was perfect for a birthday group of 24. I highly RECOMMEND Onyx Limousine Service. They're definitely passionate about their business.

I came down to Houston for the holidays to visit my family, friends and also to celebrate my birthday. I'm in the marines so I don't get to much time with the one's I love. I wanted to do something big and different this year for new years eve since its the same day as my birthday. Originally I had calculated around 40 people I had called around different companies and with the prices and the customer service i decided to go to Onyx and get 2 buses for the night. About two days before new years eve some people backed out on me, I called onyx to see what was the best option for me since I only needed one bus not 2. The office staff was so professional and understanding they worked out my situation and still gave me a discount for being in the marines. New years eve was a night i would never forget. Onyx its the way to go for any event I would definitely be using Onyx Limousine Service again.

Used onyx this past Friday for my daughters homecoming. they were very helpful showed up before hand. made every one sign a contract for no alcohol or drug abuse in the party bus. the driver and the office staff were really nice and helpful and made me feel like my daughter was safe. I will be calling you guys for prom in may.

I made one of the most important decisions of my life this past Tuesday. I proposed to my girlfriend now fiance. I used onyx limo for the transportation and to surprise her in different locations Onyx and the driver went beyond just renting and driving a car for us. They made sure everything came out to perfection and made sure we had a night we will never forget.

Awesome Company! :D. It was my Hubby's 40 birthday party and we were looking for a party bus to drive us around. The staff in the office was so helpful because I never rented one of those things before. They answered all my questions. I wanted something cool but romantic since it was a couples night out.. We had so much fun. The driver was very polite and even helped some of the guys off the bus(embarrassing) at the end of the night. In all we had a wonderful experience. I recommend Onyx limousine Service.

Best 21st. My 21 birthday was this past weekend. i had invited about 26 people so i rented a party bus from onyx. i went to their office and the girls were so nice they showed me all the had i loved the party bus with the light up dance floor. when the party bus got my house all my friends were extremely happy with the bus we had more fun in the bus then the actual club. at the end of the night some of my friends were drunk and the driver ron helped me to make sure everybody was safe on the bus. thanks to onyx my party was a complete success.

I WOULD NEVER SUGGEST THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!. I would never suggest this place to anyone that wants to have a good time! My best friend had her bachlorette party on this supposed party bus and got nothing but hassled, a hard time, and exhaust in her lungs and me I got black and red all over my jeans from their DISGUSTING carpet! Not to mention he asked for a tip up front, the next time I am doing my job I am going to ask for tip up front and see how my clients react! They would probably get up and leave...just because someone pays you up front doesn't mean you can go ahead and rake them over the coals for tips as well. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN! They didn't even call her back and apologize or try to give us a discount or anything not to mention they gave us the wrong bus with nothing that could be considered a party in it! If I wanted to ride a shuttle bus I would have gone to the airport not helped my best friend who spent her last night out on a joke instead of a "party" bus, you guys suck and need to start treating your clients or patrons with respect if you have any after all of the reviews that all 13 of us plan to write. This just goes to show you that customer service is always key and proves your value to your customer. Learn to appreciate the people that are paying you $660.00 not including tip and try giving them tip top notch service and not just showing up and not even cleaning your "party"bus....I hope people take our advice and RUN don't BOOK!

WORST PARTY BUS EVER!. I went to a girlfriend of mine's bachlorette party and felt so bad for her because it was so bad and embarrassing...the guy (KEN) actually asked for his tip up front and then told us if we didn't have it he would be happy to take us to an ATM....R U SERIOUS!!! Then we were suppose to have a stripper pole on the bus to have fun and get down not to mention flat screens and laser lights and instead we got a fake mini fireplace and two little red laser beam lights and a flat screen that was probably 10" and didn't work unless you had a DVD which none of us knew or had and they did not tell us about.....it stunk like exhaust when they opened the party bus doors continuously and just had regular radio...I mean really you can't even get satellite for your customers not to have commercials and your in the entertaining car/limo business?? We all paid $60 to go with her and the total was $660.00 we may have well just gotten a cab or 5 of them this was awful and they didn't even give her a discount or call her to apologize and asked her for money up front before we even left...It was soooo bad....TAKE MY ADVICE DON'T RENT FROM THEM!!!! EVER!

ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!!. Horrible company! We had planned for weeks to make my friend's Bachelorette party perfect. She really wanted a certain party bus that they have and we had paid up front for this bus. When the bus arrived to pick us up it was not the bus that we had originally paid for! This bus was a total bottom of the line basic shuttle bus...we had wanted a bus with tv screens, a bar, a pole, THE WORKS and this bus had none of that! Not to mention, the bus they provided us with was FILTHY! One of the girls on the bus nealt down on the floor and when she stood up her jeans were wet and black at the knees where she touched the floor...DISGUSTING!!! And on top of all of that, we all had headaches at the end of the night from having to smell the very strong gas fumes coming from the bus. The man driving the bus (Ken) was extremely rude and would just give us very uncomfortable looks every time we would get on the bus...it made us all very uncomfortable. Please do not use this company. Trust all the bad reviews you have read about them. We paid a lot of money just to have them treat us rudely and they did not give us anything we asked for.
