I don't know where the complainers were but.... These guys are great... Tanning is self explanatory + there are posters for those who do have difficulty :) and the girls.... Dolls!!! Hopes my fav I SO WANT TO HIRE HER...

as for the tan- I look great, bronze and beautiful. The moisturizer... I'm so soft !!!! I'm hooked...

hints to those with difficulty: don't have lotion on during tanning ( clean skin), I always exfolliate the day before I go, don't shower for 6-8 hours after ( no swimming or sweating or playing in the rain) . No I don't work here, but negative postings affect peoples businesses negatively :) and these ladies deserve credit. Always pleasant, always attentive, and a pleasure to be around. I sell cars, I am way picky on customer service, and these guys ROCK!!!

RIPOOFF JOINT. My wife bought me a "membership"to the Malibu Tan for their Versa Spa (spray on tan). We were told by the store manager we had to pay for the prorated membership for the rest of the month of June and pay for July. We could cancel the membership any time as long as we gave 15 day prior notice. Cancelled July 13 and contacted the manager about August draft for credit card. Was contacted by Victoria and told corporate office would not draft August payment and membership cancelled. I find in September on my CC statement they drafted the membership on August 1. Manager states "there was nothing decided" but had told me they would not draft for August. Corporate will not refund money. State will give "store credit". Membership is cancelled so you will get the store credit but cannot use the amount for unlimited month of Versa Spa since membership was cancelled. ??? They drafted that for the membership..So now I have to use the amount to buy their overpriced products??? Of course they try to sell you another membership so they can draft another two months (without telling you). Have not been there since july 13. So they drafted the "membership fee" but wont give me what that membership included. BEWARE: NEVER TRUST THESE PEOPLE FOR THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF

Dont Tan there EVER EVER EVER!. This place is horrible. Girls are so annoying. Dont know what theyre doing. you ask them one simple question...they always make you come talk to the manager and the manager is even worse. She is always in a bad mood. never smile. I know its a tanning place, but they dress so trashy. Dont tan here or missouri city! you will regret it. There rules are not clear at all and simply the manager is retarded. Just go tan down the street across the mall. no tanning fee or anything. This place SUCKS.
