This tiny little restaurant specializes in pollo a la brasa, or Peruvian rotisserie chicken. I love getting a plate with some beans and chilaquiles, but you can also get sides like fried plantains, or the salchipappas -- french fries with spicy sausages if you want to try something different. Portions hearty, prices are reasonable, it's a favorite among local Latin chefs.

Best Chicken in Texas!!!.
When in Houston Pollo Bravo is always on my list of things to do!! I live in Austin and find myself looking for excuses to travel to Houston!!
The Chicken (Pollo a La Brasa) is out of this World. The flavor of all the seasonings explode in your mouth it is Chicken at it's Finest!! This is as close to the Authentic Peruvian Chicken as you can find in the U.S.A. They also have this Green Sauce for the Chicken that they need to bottle. Remeber to get the Salchipapas (french fries with sliced hot dogs) so you can dip it in the sauce once you try that combination you will never want Catsup again.
Did I Mention the Salad?? Try the Avocado Salad it is Divine.
I have tried all of the other Peruvian dishes they have as well and they are all Great.
They also have Lucma Ice Cream. If you have never tried it make sure you do it is Fantastic.
In a nutshell the Food, Service and Price is AWESOME!!
