Not impressed. My wife and I dinned at Merche over the weekend not impressed. The service was poor my wife had the Wood-Fired Filet Mignon it was cold in the center they reheated it but then the Hash Browns and Creamed Spinach were cold. I ordered the Wood-Fired Colossal Pork Chop alla Jim it was a table side craving the server was having issues getting the fork out of the meat wile carving, it was dry and tough. We will not go back.

Elegant, Quiet and tasteful. My brother and I threw a birthday party for our mother at Merche back in August and it was wonderful. The atmosphere was perfect--good temperature, friendly service and light instrumental music played live right on site. We had about 10 people and everyone was always taken care of. My Mom loved it!

Must Try Upscale Dinning. A group of my business associates reserved the Private Dinning Room for our Lunch meeting back in July and it was great. The room was set up before we arrived, the servers were attentive but not in your face, the food was exquisite, much better than any of the other restaurants around Cypress. Overall, we had a successful & enjoyable meeting, Thanks to the staff at Merche.

We have already made another reservation, for our October Meeting.
