Big Scam! I've spoken with the schedulers there several times about my credits when trying to make appointments. It was never once explained that I would loose my massage credits when my membership ended nor had there been any reminders that my membership was ending. It's a big scam and management there is very rude. I only used 3 of 6 massages and can only get them back if I sign another 6 month contract. I would've gladly kept going there but their scam and rudeness has left a bad taste. Try another location with higher ratings or just go for the full boutique spa experience somewhere else.

I had a wonderful massage with this location, my therapist name is Eric and he gives wonderful deep tissues. I work out a lot, so therefore i get a lot of soreness. I have received a lot of massages over the years and he is amongst the tops.

Dont waste your Money!. I had the massage therapist named Lee. I wanted a deep tissue to work out the knots in my tense back. He did a half ass job, and applied barely any pressure. I even told him to add pressure twice.. and he didnt. It was a rip off and a big waste of money, worst massage I have ever had. I dont usually complain about things like this, but when I brought it up to the front desk, they said there was nothing they could do and charged the $60. He didnt even give me the whole hour like it was suppose to be. I left a message for the manager to call.. of course she never did (her name is Jen). I will never go back to this unprofessional place again! All they care about is money, they have signs everywhere, even in the bathroom, about how you should leave the therapist a minumum of a 20% tip. They sure didnt get one from me! Ill give them a tip.. try better customer service for your clients!

great massage. I had a GREAT massage here. I had two (thought it was one) knot in my shoulder and Leon worked on it for an hour and it was gone the next day. This was one painful stubborn knot due to a rigorous work out the day before. I joined and will definitely be going back! Thanks!

don't be fooled. Don't be fooled by their so called good deals. It is not a 1 hr massage it is a 50 min but by the time the therapist is back in the room getting the body ready it is a 45 min. The therapist are over worked doing 5 or more in a row with no break so don't always expect a good massage. The owner drinks alcohol on the job everyday & is rude & steals employees & customers money. If u reschedule or cancel your appt u better believe to be charged & most of the time u will hear her yelling at somebody. My ADVICE you're better off going to a real spa or having a therapist make a house call for the same price & u get your FULL RELAXING 1 HR MASSAGE. save you're money go somewhere better not massage heights or massage envy its just a chain after you're money. They are about quantity not quality. Don't do it!! I am a former therapist there trust in what I am saying.

Wonderful service, great massage.. The atmosphere is very healing and beautiful, very easy to relax.

Mila is a wonderfual massage therapist and you will find it hard to not join and become a regular.

Great Deal, Excellent Service!. I first went to this place on the Grand Opening back in February and have been hooked ever since then. I have back problems from a car wreck and have tried tons of medicine and massages but this is the best deal around. I come here often and this place is always very peaceful, very clean and, professional staff. Overall u have always been happy here and love going in to this location.

Great Massage!. Been to this location numerous times, and walk away very impressed each time. I am a runner and a very active person so it is imperative for me to get massages regularly. Before I became a member at this location I bounced around from place to place because I like a very very deep tissue massage and it was hard for me to find a therapist who actually gives as firm of massage as I desire, now I have that therapist and I could not see myself going to another place. The service has always been very polite and courtesy, would recommend to anyone who needs a massage.

Massage Heights- Weslayan. I don't agree with the previous user at all. The massage I got was absolutely wonderful, so wonderful in fact I joined their monthly membership program and then got my husband to join it as well and he is just as satisfied as I am. Everyone is very friendly and helpful and VERY professional. I get very lavious feeling I want every time I get a massage without putting a dent in my wallet!
