Upset costomer. Well, I liked Brixx a lot and have been there so many times and have had some good nights and days there. However, my girlfriends and I went there recently to have crawfish and we saw on their website that they were selling it by the pound (being girls we don't need all you can eat crawfish). When we got there they informed us that we had to pay $20 for all you can eat beacuse 2 WEEKS ago they decided to not offer it by the pound. It was a little frustrating but we decided to get the all you can eat. Two of us purchased all you can eat wristbands and got our crawfish. The other girls were trying it and the door guy came over and told us that if we wanted to eat crawfish then we had to pay $20 so at that point one of the girls that really wanted to eat more than a few paid the $20. Another girl in our group, who didn't buy a wristband, was visiting from New Jersey and had never had crawfish before and only wanted to try a few.... she literally had a mushroon and 4 crawfish. At that point another door guy came up to us yelled at us and said that if we didn't pay $20 we would be kicked out so our friend from out of town said she would pay $20 and the guy got impatient and kicked us out. He was increadibly disrespectful and lost his temper. At the end of the day we paid $60 for 4 pounds of crawfish. We were not trying to rip anyone off but I guess that $20 is important to them. My point in this story is that Brixx wasn't true to what they advertised (2 weeks is plenty of time to change your website) and we got ripped off completely over a couple crawfish.

In a good note the crawfish were so good!!!! Hats off to the friendly guys cooking them:)
