Great hair salon close to home. Last weekend I got the best haircut that I have gotten in years. You just never know where you will find a talented stylist and, very fortunately, I trusted my instinct to walk into Kelly's Salon. I've gone to a few 'very recognizable name' Houston salons through the years but no one could quite succeed at the layering I wanted. While on an errand near my home I popped into Kelly's because (1) I desperately needed my hair shaped up; and (2) convenience to home. Belinda has years of experience, a very pleasant personality, and simply understands what you want to be done (and Won't take off 3 inches when you say "ONLY one"). I confidently recommend going to her.
