The Noble Lady Spa is a truly upscale
spa and salon, and gorgeous boutique with a very relaxing and non-intimidating environment. The staff there are very friendly and attentive and go out of their way to make sure their clients are happy and well taken care of.
The spa treatments are fabulous and high quality. They offer manis and pedis, massages, facials, and hair services. I have had a positive experience with all of my services there. They also have an esquisite jewelry boutique!
I highly recommend visiting the Noble Lady. It is very unique and lovely, and unlike any other spa in Houston!

I've been going to this spa for over 4
years now and I was there when Melissa and her friends arrived for their bridal spa party. I've always had my pedicure done in the seperate pedicure room and it is very comfortable. It also lasts 45 to 60 minutes depending on which one I choose. I have my own box of tools just for me, very sanitary. They give us complimentary new tools for each new treatment as stated in their brochure. Melissa complained about her lunch probably because it was preordered wrong. The lunches come from a carterer off site and cannot be done at the spa by law. After all mine and my friend's services were completed, we both wrote our opinions in the guest book. Above ours was Melissa's review with no indication of any problems. Very strange indeed. I highly recommend this spa.

A Heights Spa that I Would NOT Recommend.
I expected this spa in the Heights to absolutely blow my mind, especially with its location on Heights Blvd. I couldn't have been more disappointed. I had to wait about 40 minutes to start my manicure which is over-priced and lasted about 15 minutes. Next, for my over-priced pedicure, I had to put my feet in COLD water, then lift my leg under the manicure table so that they rested on the nail persons knees! It was so uncomfortable, and the chair I was sitting in was too. The nail person had to hunch over to remove my nail polish in poor lighting and quickly filed my toe nails and applied polish that looked like something a 5-year old did. I couldn't believe all services were over in about 35 minutes. That isn't the worst part. I ordered lunch as part of my spa services. My chicken salad order was lost and the staff had to go to the kitchen to make it. We were told to "enjoy" our lunch in the small room that is occupied by 4 hair dryer machines. Terrible! THEN, as I take a bite into my chicken salad, I see a human hair in the salad below the chicken I had eaten. Gross! I feel like this place uses their "Heights Boutique Spa" location to fool people into thinking this is actually a legitimate spa. I had to go to my normal nail salon to correct the mess that was left on my nails. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
