Terrible Horrible Customer Service.
This company has terrible customer service from top to bottom of the organization. Salesman (Jay) impressed us during measuring appointment, but it went steeply downhill from there. Issues we encountered: Salesman never returned our calls (and I mean NEVER - we always had to call multiple times), no one ever communicated order or install status, install did not happen on day promised (they wouldn't admit this until 1 pm THAT DAY), wrong (cheaper) materials ordered than we paid for, salesman's manager (Bill) wouldn't acknowledge any customer service issues and just defended salesman. General manager (Kurt) seems to care slightly more than the rest of the company, but he just can't make up for the overall deficiencies in this company.
The only bright spot was that the installer we got was good and worked to make us happy, but even the installer isn't worth the pain of dealing with this store. Installer said Jack's wouldn't communicate install dates with him or would tell him a different date than they told us.
