Dr. Flores is an EXCELLENT dentist. I have never met a nicer dentist. She was very good to me and took care of my crowns. Dr. Flores is a dentist that I would recommend to anyone.

UnETHICAL - POOR SERVICE - BAD BEDSIDE MANNER. Made appointment for son to have a BABY tooth pulled. Rec'd exam/Xrays only. Reminded them why we made apt. DENTIST LAUGHED sarcastically & said "are you kidding me, do you see how busy we are". We explained work need to be done. Dentist LAUGHED again and stated "I know, it does need to come out "YOU ARE AN IRRESPONSIBLE PARENT FOR NOT BRINING HIM BACK EARLIER". Uncalled for for a BABY TOOTH THAT IS NOT CAUSING ISSUES!!!!! NEVER going back!!! Very RUDE and UNETHICAL! Complained to Office Manger who was also very rude and interupted me constantly and offered no appology!
