worse dentist I've ever been!! There is always confusion in the front desk and even when they are doing work in your mouth. Ive just about had it with this place!! They seem not to keep track of whether people have paid or not. Its pretty common to find patients arguing with the receptionists about the fact that they did pay. This has happened to me many times. Once, even a dental assistant had the nerve to give me an attitude about it and when i showed her my receipt, showing that i did indeed pay, she did not even apologize. Extremely unprofessional place that dares to call themselves a "PROFESSIONAL" dental office! definitely not even close! They always mess up my x-rays and i find myself having to ALWAYS take a second x ray! god this place really amazes me as to how much they screw up!!! Most importantly, they do not explain in clarity of the procedure you are going to get done. Just today, they didn't even know how much it would cost me to get some teeth pulled out. How do they expect me to go back to this place! just plain dam ridiculous! They also didn't give me any information about the procedure to take my teeth pulled out.

The doctor was able to get me out of pain. I was seen at the a few weeks ago. The doctor and staff were VERY helpful and friendly. The doctor was able to get me out of pain. All of my family will be going here from now on.

They are very helpful and simple. They are very helpful and simple. Other Dentist offices in the area are much more difficult, and Royal Dental doesn't have a problem doing their job to the fullest.
