More like a thrift store...... i went to the katy location, it was fairly small. The items for sale looked very old, and not name brand! Sadly, I decided to consign my name brand, fairly new items anyway. I received a $69 check for a dooney and bourke handbag and matching wallet, 4 pairs of designer jeans, and 2 pairs of shoes! That's it! I could've made alot more money if i had sold them on my own! Also, 3 months later, I am waiting to hear back from the manager about my coach handbag and wallet that I have not been paid for! BEWARE!!!!!!

Poor Customer Service. I consigned items in Dec. 2010 and asked if I could pick up check in Jan. They sold this store to another owner. To pick up check, I have to go to FM529 store. This is very far for me.

I called FM529 store and they will not mail me my check.

Also, check is small, $25 for more that 20 items consigned. Items were high named brand items.

I will not consign with this store again. I am going back to Baubles and Beads.

OMG. I found so many good steals! I got a never-worn Banana Republic dress for 6.50! This place was recommended to me by a friend and I'm glad I checked it out. I got a pair of pumps for 3$. I'll definitely be back.

The Best Upscale Resale in Houston. this msg is being left from the Owner of the walk in closet, as you can see there will be good msgs and bad ones as well, We have a contract to our consignors that they are responsible on there items and when Items are expired they become the property of the walk in closet and sold for next to nothing to make up for the space and cost of having the item out... We also donate so much to different charities to help out the communities around us... Yes we are very fun outgoing and any customer that shops at our store will tell you that this is truly the BEST RESALE STORE IN HOUSTON... Please to all consignors before consigning your items with any consignment store make sure you read the terms and condition as for us we got so much consignments and consignors, that must mean where doing something right....

Walk In Closet consignment shop. very friendly and out going, I took over 100 items to them, signed a contract and asked to have my unsold clothes returned, they did not do that, my clothes were still on the selling floor and if someone buys an item in which the contract is expired on, you don't get the money because your account is not in their data base, they get your money! that's just not fair! I will never do business with this place again!
