The salon seemed clean, and they usually had an available tanning bed which is nice and continent. Only complaint is after I moved from kngwood and cancelled my account (and charged the cancellation fee, which I understand), I was still charged monthly for my account. I called several times, each time being told I would be called back but never was.The charges were stopped, but I was never refunded for them even though I had already CLOSED my account with them.
