Worst Moving Experience of my Life!. Worst moving experience of my life. They held my furniture, until I agreed to pay $500 more than they had originally quoted me. This is a scam, do your research and pay more for a reputable company. It's worth it.

worst moving company in america. Mr. Eran "Tony" Rozenteal, Owner Mr. Yaakor "Jaycob" Krii, Co-Owner they have had multiple companies. Texas Movers, Texas Home Mover, Greens Point Van lines, Cross America Relocation, Cross America Van Lines, North Pacific Van lines,Advanced Transportation, and Green mountain van lines and many more located in the New York City area. Mr. Eran "Tony" Rozenteal, Owner Mr. Yaakor "Jaycob" Krii, Co- These guys steel from their customers when they go to weigh the trucks they pull the front tiers off the scale to drop 4,000-6,000 LBS off the truck and then load the truck and re-weigh, they steel thousands of dollars from hundreds customers and they have been doing this for years. They employee undocumented workers and have them work for weeks and don’t pay them. I feel that if they are not stopped they will continue do this and I feel that they are getting ready to move again and open a new company name. Jaycob and Eran are not citizens of the US they are here under a visa. They started doing this in New York and change the name of the business often the names I gave you above changed in the six months I worked there. I believe if we all work together we can get these guys put in prison.

HOUSTON"S WORST VANLINES. one of the worst services I have ever seen.

First at the time of loading they asked for more money .

Though every thing was settleted , just before the truck moved they asked me for 1000 more $s this is nothing but a ransom.

further they arrived late and their representative had no clue when the truck was arriving .

Further they damaged my new sofa , but even on repeated phonecalls no one had any answers .

NO ONE SHOULD USE THIS SERVICE

Broke and lost pieces, forced me to arbitration, the fired t. The title explains the situation. Before I go into that, be warned that some of the positive reviews in late April & early May may have been written by employees.



I was informed that the delivery would be made by employees, however they subbed it out to an independent trucker without my consent. My delivery arrived a day later than they contractually committed, even with their 7 day window. Some items were missing. They were discovered on the truck the next day and delivered by the trucker's brother in-law -- greatly damaged. Some items were still missing. After 10 attempts to reach someone to care for the missing & damaged items, I filed a dispute through Visa. I was threatened with legal action unless I agreed to arbitration. I did that, and sent in all my documents to the arbitrator, then the company fired the arbitrator that still holds my original documents. I can't get anyone to call me back or reply to my letters. I would never, ever wish my experiences on anyone.

VERY POOR AND NON PROFESSIONAL MOVING SERVICE. i HAVE RECENTLY USED CROSSAMERICA FOR AN INTERSTATE MOVE AND THE EXPERIENCE WAS VERY POOR:

1. DELAY IN LOADING OF THE GOODS ON INTERSTATE TRUCK - GOODS VERY SHIPPED ONLY 10 DAYS AFTER PICK UP FROM MY HOME

2. DAMAGE TO FURNITURE:

SOFA UPHOLSTERY RIPPED

3. DAMAGE TO MATTRESSES: GREASE SOAKED MATTRESSES WHICH COULD NOT BE CLEANED EVEN WITH PROFESSIONAL CLEANING SERVICE.

4. NUMEROUS GLASSWARE BROKEN

5. REPESTED MESSAGES TO CLAIMS AND EMAILS TO CROSSAMERICA ARE NEVER REPLIED AND I HAVE NO WAY OF CLAIMING THE DAMAGES

6. ALSO THE FINAL PAYMENT WAS >75% OF THE QUOTE AMOUNT.

WILL NOT RECOMMEND CROSSAMERICA AND ADVISE RELOCATORS TO LOOK FOR OTHER PROFESSIONAL COMPANIES

RECENT EXPERIENCE VERY POOR SERVICE. Hello I recently used croosamerica relocation for my interstate move from Houston. The entire experience was very poor and I would advise relocators to look elsewhere at more professional companies. The reasons:

1. The final charges were eactly double of the promised quote.

2. My brand new sofa upholstery was damaged to the extent of a big 10 inches by 5 inches cut (ripped) in it.

3. My mattresses came stained with grease - I am still trying various services to have them cleaned.

4. The packers were very rushed through the process and dumped home goods in boxes without any layering and packing: many glass items broke.

5. The goods were not loaded in to a cross state truck till after 9 days of being picked up from my home and reached me much later than the promised date in the quote.

6. The shipping status associates do not come on the phone to give any status of the shipment.

I would not recommend croosamerica relocation for any moves.

Houstons Best Moving Company. I just want to give Cross America Relocation my respect for moving my antic furniture without any problems. The move was so easy I didnt have to do anything. the men carefully packed all my belonging and wrapped everything and that assured me my belongings were safe. Understand My family passed me our family's keep sake and i wanted to keep everything in top condition. I will recommend Cross America Relocation to anyone how values their belongings as much as i do

Cross America guaranteed my estimate and actually followed through with my agreement. The moving team who came to my home were genuine and wrapped my belongings beautifuly. Cross America Relocation. Cross America did exactly as they promised. The sales representative walked me trough the whole process and made sure my move went off with out any problems. The crew that showed up was very professional and knowledgeable and was extra careful in wrapping all of my household items to make sure there was not any damage. I recommend Cross America Relocation to all my friends who will be moving in the future.
