Above & beyond. I recently worked on a unique project and it was something that most copy centers would not tackle, but this store not only took on the project, but went above and beyond to complete it perfectly. Kalie was very helpful and would call to keep me informed on the progress. It was a little frustrating, due to technical issues, but she always had a great attitude. I really appreciate the hard work she did and wanted to spread the word.
