In my honest opinion, the best hair salon in Houston.
Selia's Hair Salon lives up to it's name - it is definitely " A Cut Above the Rest!"
She's very professional, she listens to what her clients want, she explains what they may need, taking into consideration their hair type/texture and then goes from there.
She is the only hairdresser I will go to.
Also, when in town, my whole family makes appointments to get their hair done.
