This was a terrible experience from day one. They are a horrible company with an unorganized Owner, and NO customer service whatsoever.

I purchased a Groupon for 3 cleanings one year ago. I tried and tried to set up an appointment with no success. The first month after calling about 25 times I finally got someone to answer. They told me that they were too busy and that it was good for a year, so I should try again next month.

Next I tried using their website. I scheduled my appointment for about 3 weeks in advance, and got an email back a few days later confirming. The day comes and no one shows up. I call and no one answers, so I respond to the email address that I got the confirmation from. It turns out to be the owner that responds named Pacita. I get her phone number and call her directly. She tells me I am too far, and I am outside their 20 mile range. I map it out, and I am in fact not out of their range. I tell Pacita this, and she said "oh...ok we will be there next week." Next week comes around and no one shows again.

I try again about a month later. Same routine. No one answers. I send emails that I know they are getting, but no response. I do this at least a few times a month until June when someone finally answers the phone. They tell me that I have to use the website to request service. I explain how this has not worked so far. I try to express my frustration, and they had already hung up on me.

I try the website again. This time not using the "Groupon Only" link. I spam this every day until I finally get a reply from the same email address that Pacita contacted me from the first time. They tell me that I have an appointment scheduled for the next week. The day comes, and no one shows up.

Three days later I get an email:

" Good Morning! Is your wife name (Wrong Name)? We have you scheduled for today under your wife's name. And just want inform this is your last cleaning sessions. Because we did 2 cleaning sessions already. My maids will call you 30 mins. prior coming to your home. Have a good day."

Two days later:

" My guys will be at there today to clean at home. I apologized made a mistake, (Wrong Name) not your wife. But I will let them take care your home for today. Please let me know If this is convenient

Pacita"

Then, no one shows, no one calls.

The next day I get this gem:

"It seems that we have had communication issues, but we did in fact email you prior to your scheduled clean. We believe it to be in the best interest of both parties to go our separate ways. I apologize that things could not work out. Please contact Groupon in regards to a refund.

Take Care,"

The only decent reviews I read on here are all from people that used their service without a Groupon. They never should have tried to bring in more volume than they could handle.

Maid service I can depend on. Keep It Green Maids has constantly provided our home with a high level of detailed house cleaning. The maids do phenomenal work.

Maid Services I can trust. Keep It Green Maids are my house cleaners and they are real professionals. I like to leave money around my house to see if they'll take it, and it has been a year and a half and nothing has been taken from my home.

House Cleaning is always consistent. We all know how cleaning services can be. The first time they come out the maid service cleans great and then they quality of cleaning begins to deteriorate. This is not so with Keep It Green Maids. They have been consistently providing me with a house cleaning that I cannot complain about.

Great House Cleaning Service - Eco Friendly too!. I love that they only use eco-friendly products to clean. My son has asthma so I was looking for a maid service in Houston that was green. Their cleaners do a great job.

Maids are so thorough. Their maids are so thorough when they clean my home, and pay so much attention to the little things. Little things like that make it worth the price for their cleaning services.

Prob The Best Houston Maid Service. I have their maids clean my house once a month. Every time they come out they do the impossible; the house cleaning is better than the month before. Hands down the best maid service in Houston.

Keeps This Messy Girl's House Clean!. Let's face it, we all could name 100 other things that we would rather do than to clean. I work full time and I'm also a grad student, so when I have free time, cleaning is not high on my list. My home started to show that.

I used to go to school in Austin, and I've used green cleaning services in the past so I decided to give Keep It Green Maids a call. The price quoted to me wasn't nearly as high as I was used to in Austin, so I was already looking forward to having them come out and clean.

I wasn't at home when they came out, but I did come home to a pleasant surprise. My house was the cleanest that I have seen it in since I moved in. It really is such a relief to come home after a long day to a clean home! I now use their maid service twice a month, and have only ever had a complaint once. They were courteous and offered to fix their mistake.

The maids came back the next day, free of charge, and I haven't had a complaint since. Keep It Green Maids has a customer for life..or as long as I live in Houston. :)
