Divine Seafood Enchiladas and Creamy Poblano Spinach Soup!. Benny's Mexican Cafe at Eldridge and Westheimer has the warmest service in town and most delicious seafood enchiladas on earth! You must try their creamy poblano spinach soup and top shelf margaritas today! Every dish is made from scratch daily and tortillas are warm and homemade. Their green sauce is to-die-for made with fresh avacado, cilantro and sourcream. Yummy!! Fajitas made with the Outside beef skirt and soo so tender. I love Benny's!
