IMPRESSIVE doctor's office. RUN to this office, don't walk, if you need help with your skin.

I went there for an abnormal mole and felt I was well taken care of.

The abnormality was removed with ease and I feel good about the results.

I would HIGHLY recommend this office to anyone.

The doctor was very professional and the staff was courteous and caring.

I am sending my brother there if he ends up needing skin surgery, since irregular moles run in my family.

Be Careful of this Office. I wouldn't go back to this office for anything. I purchased a kit of glytone skin care,which blistered my face. I returned it and was told they would give me a refund. I just found out, after three months, they won't refund, they gave a "credit" to the office acct. They first told me the company would send the refund. Finally, today I called the company and was told the dr would be the one to refund. Since I never got any response to my calls I called them and they reluctantly told me they would not refund. This is very unprofessional and the Dr. himself is not at all one I would return to either. Be careful of this office.

So far so good.... His office has moved to Memorial City Hospital Prof Bldg, #2205 as of Dec. 16th and they need to update their info...but so far so good.

I was given an appointment within days of my call - not months, and the staff was really friendly. I didn't have to wait forever in a freezing room to see the Dr., only about 5 minutes. All this was just days before Christmas too...very impressed.

Dr. Sedrak was very nice and easy to talk to. He could use a stronger hand shake, but I am a girl...anyway he was very nice. I was also able to make my next apt for the procedure I needed within days - not months, which was very important due to my insurance changing on Jan. 1st.

Today I go in for the mohs procedure, so I will definitely give an update after that appointment. Wish me luck!

Dr Sedrak review. I visited Dr Sedraks office this week and was not al all satifsied with service. I went in for hair loss and number one, had to wait over an hour to be taken to a closet sized room with nothing on the walls. I beleive the only thing in the room was a patient bed and a trash can. I did have a spot on my back that I wanted checked out. The nurse said she was bringing me a gown, she came in with a paper blanket and it was freezing in that room. When the doctor came in to discuss the hair lost problem, he said it was stress, did not even look at my scalp, touch my hair, nothing. I was so dissappointed with my service, I will never go there again. I am now in search of another dermatologist who can help me.

Very professional staff and physicians!!. I had new insurance and Dr Sedrak's staff was able to help me with all my paperwork and make that transition easy.

I had my daughter with me and everyone was really nice about that. Children are welcome at this office.

By the way, I found out that Dr Sedrak was valedictorian of his medical school and yet he is very polite and down to earth. I guess I'm just pleased with his style as compared to my previous doctor who was elderly and cocky.

Dr Sedrak spent time explaining what was going on with my skin and the treatment. Since then I have sent the rest of my family for skin checks and everyone has been pleased.

Dr Sedrak is Awesome. What a GREAT doctor.. Hello to all those that are looking for a Dermatology office where you feel welcomed and important. When I first signed in, I was nervous. I'm usually apprehensive about seeing doctors.

Dr Sedrak's office made me feel at ease right away. The staff were warm and Dr Sedrak was attentive to my condition. He answered all my questions and made time for the procedure he felt was necessary (a biopsy) before I left.

Also, there was another physician that helped me also and she was absolutely wonderful.

Since my visit, I have recommended this office to my friend who was able to see the doctor with a same day appointment and have his needs addressed also.

I can't say enough positive remarks about this doctors' office.

I was seen by his wife who is not a dermatologist. During my visit today I was seen by a female who did not introduce herself. Upon leaving the office and doing research I discovered it was his wife who is a family practice doctor NOT a dermatologist. I was never told this, and am very unhappy that I paid to see a licensed dermatologist and saw a regular family practice doctor instead. If you make an appointment make sure you see him if you want to get what the services you are paying for.
