The service was poor at best, nice décor, great presentation but taste was average and a bit pricy Deserts are nothing to brag about I did like the Waikiki Roll

Really nice Owners, but the food..... The people who own this place are unbelievably nice. I felt like I was a long lost relative, but the food. If there is such a thing as drive thru sushi.....this would be it. It was edible.....nothing really memorable.....

Worst Ever!. They call that sushi???? I could have gone to a bait camp and ate better raw fish for a lot less than what I paid, and it would have been better than that garbage that I ate tonight. I would rather eat a bullet , than go back to that dump!!!

Love the Tuna Dumplings. We go to Michiru often for lunch or dinner. Their Tuna Dumplings are wonderful. Their Sashimi is fresh and tasty too.

Our servers have always been very nice and friendly. The owner stops by to chat once in a while too. Its a nice touch.

The ambience is great. The price is reasonable. I would highly recommend it.

Great Food/Horrible Bar Manager!. I don't even really like Japanese food, but this place was a winner. The food was good , the owner was nice and then...I am not sure if this guy was a bartender or a manager, but a person in our party ordered a long island tea. This employee who wouldn't shut up once he got started, snarled at the young woman, "...do you want the TEXAS version or the real one...." This guy obviously hates Texas and the people. He went on to tell us his whole life story, "...I am from West Virginia and we do this...blah, blah, blah...." He then hit on just about every girl in the party. It was a shame for a fantastic evening to be ruined by one sleezy employee,... a horrible man. We will give them another try in the future, but we won't order a long island tea!!!!

Fresh & Tasty ! Highly Recommend. We ate at Michiru on our way to the movies on Mother's Day. I told my husband the last time I had sushi this fresh was in Hawaii. It was delicous! Great service, lots of menu options, and it was a pleasure to meet the owner's wife Jesse, such a gracious lady! We will definitely return in the future! Thank you for making my Mother's Day special.

Fresh, Creative Sushi. Michiru is located in a new shopping center just in front of the Cinemark 18 Theater in Webster (NasaClear Lake area), right on the access road of I-45. Try the Cuban 8 sushi roll, served with fresh crabmeat, shrimp tempura and caviar; it's absolutely excellent. The bento dinner plates are also wonderful. You have the option of ordering the bento box combination with shrimp tempura, chicken satay, strip steak, or a couple of other options. Plus, they are all served with california roll sushi and vegetable tempura. The sushi is freshly made by the owner, or his sushi assistant. The owner's wife Jesse, greeted us at the door and seated us promptly. She was also gracious enough to suggest several sushi rolls to us. Nice decor and atmosphere. It makes for a great, post-movie dinner experience. I'd rate them with 5-stars, if they had hibachi (cook -at-your-table) seating as well.

Some of the freshest Sushi in Houston. Fresh, melt in your mouth live scallop, kumamoto oysters, blue fin tuna and toro. The most consistently fresh sushi I've had in the Bay Area and Greater Houston area too! The seafood fried rice is one of my favorites. Great Chef-owner hospitality as well.

Some of the best Sushi in town. I have gone to Michiru a couple of times now and every time the Sushi is the freshest I have ever had. The Toro melts in your mouth and all of the rolls and plates are artfully presented. The only issue I have is they tack on a bar sir charge to the bill with no explanation of what it is for. I didn't notice it until we left but I will ask next time.

Fresh and Innovative. This upbeat Asian infusion restaurant serves the best of Japanese, Chinese, and Thai foods to a Rock and Roll soundtrack.

Creative plating and inventive rolls make this a must for foodies who want something out of the ordinary.

The house salad was a good size, cold and crisp.

I had a Red Dragon roll, it was fresh and spicy, it appealed to the eye as well. They have raised the bar.

Prices are inline with top sushi fare across town.

I will go back.
