Great Food. I tried Esther's for the first time and I must say I am totally totally impressed. The food was extremely seasoned. I have been looking for a real soul food place and I finally found it. Keep up the good work.

Great Food, Friendly Staff!. I was recently referred to Esther's by a friend and discovered one of the best soul food restuarants around. if you want good home cooked food, don't to to Luby's..go to Esthers. The place is a little small so go early if you plan to dine in. The food selections and portions sizes are good. They have excellent Peach and Rasberry Tea. I loved the pork shops, pepper steak, okra and tomatoes, yams, macaroni...basically everything is great. Just try them, you won't be disappointed.
