This is the WORST SPA along w/ same spas in Sugarland , Meye. I went to this Spa in the summer of 2011. Anna Smith was my esthetician: Extremely CARING, Enthusiastic, very knowledgeable with my skin care needs, was the only one addressing my "whitehead removal,"-via lancets that I could not even feel- gave me an excellent peel, addressed all my questions and I left FACELOGICS with a membership and a glowing face.

I am an RN and I am well educated. I especially loved the back & neck massage Anna Smith gave me. The rest of the girls just massage the hands. Anna also used massage oils SHE purchased from WHOLE FOODS-I almost fell asleep after the extractions with her magic hands.

I commented Anna Smith to the Manager, Sharon, via telephone...and had many of my friends go to Anna, only to find out that she quit the spa.

I withdrew my membership from FACELOGICS, as the other Aestheticians lack the knowledge Anna Smith had, and cut corners doing nothing to address my needs. Most of them just don't care.

This Spa, until 2010, was under a different Manager: One that was present and caring. The new Manager, Sharon, is never available and I witnessed @ least 3 people withdrawing their memberships complaining that the skin line & estheticians were doing nothing as far as improving skin! Besides I WAS PRESENT when the heavy glass from one of the steamers fell on a person's head....she was bruised, Sharon , the MANAGER was absent...and offered injured person a "FREE FACIAL."

I very much doubt this client will return. I feel like calling OSHA. In fact I am about to do this now.

The Sugarland & Meyerland locations are just as bad.

I suggest you bring back the Manager of 2010 or this place is going to go out of business.

I would love to find out where Anna Smith is now, as the day receptionist was rude-refused to tell me why Anna quit & give her phone #.

If I could give a ZERO for stars...I would. There is another esthetician, Iliana, who is completely lazy: extracts a couple of blackheads and gives a fake hand massage,tries to sell you EXPENSIVE TRASH for the commission.

Do not try the Microdermabrasion: It is a cheap machine and you are covered, literally, with crystals-I was swallowing them all day!!!

Good Facial Experience. I enjoyed my first experience at Facelogic in Pearland. I decided to test out Facelogic after purchasing a Groupon in early November. The deal was for a Signature Facial for $29 (value $79). I purchased two, one for me and a second for a girlfriend.

I scheduled for a December appointment the day after purchasing the Groupon. The receptionist was very friendly and scheduled my friend and me for my first requested date. The day before my appointment I received a phone call to confirm my Saturday 2.00 pm appointment.

The day of the appointment we arrived 10 minutes early and were greeted warmly by the receptionist. She had the initial paperwork already available with a clipboard and a pen. After processing our paperwork (in less than 5 minutes) our estheticians, Ilianna and Courtney greeted my friend and me. We were ushered into the back room.

Ilianna was warm and professional through the procedure. She did a skin analysis and described my skin to the T (I have dry, dehydrated, sensitive skin). After the analysis Ilianna did try to upsell me to an elite facial for an extra $30 but was very gentle in her presentation. I felt no pressure to upgrade (and I didn’t). The procedure was very soothing and relaxing. Ilianna kept me informed to each step of the process. She didn’t tell me about each product used on my face but I didn’t ask either. I liked the chairs, big and comfy. But at 5 feet I’m a bit petite for them however I didn’t feel uncomfortable in the chair.

After the facial, in the reception area, Ilianna did present the moisturizer she used on my face (two ounce bottle of ‘Restorative Marine Moisturizer’ for $27). I did purchase the product because I liked how it felt on my face. My friend purchased a two ounce bottle of microderm abrasion for $30. I plan to try out the moisturizer out for a week. If I don’t see a difference in hydration of my skin I will take it back.

Overall my friend and I were pleased with our experience. We received quality, professional service and recommend Facelogic in Pearland to others.

My Monthly Getaway!!!. I ABSOLUTELY love this place!!! i have been going religously for almost a year now. Courtney is my girl!! Since coming to her my face has done a total 360. i am so very pleased with her and this establishment. I dont think i will ever stop going!!

WORST PLACE EVER. I got a groupon (bad idea) the lady on the phone was so rude when I tried to make an appointment, when I finally did get one I went in 10mins early, I waited for 20more mins for someone to even check me in, the printer wasn't working so they had to go and get more paper, so very unorganized, as I was waiting for them to print out the paper work they were talking about there lives, how they were up all night partying ext how unprofessional !!! My skin care person was Courtney DO NOT GO TO HER!! she so the worst!! I would ask questions about products and my skin like what i should do for it and she couldn't answer a single question I had, the facial massage was horrible.. everything was with her really I have no idea how she has been doing skin care for 2 years and not know ANYTHING! will NEVER go again save your money
