awesome. Lone star did a great job on the floors in my home. The only thing is I had a little of a hard time with how long it took to complete the entire house. other then then that when everything was done, my home looks perfect. I will go back if I ever have to change the floors in my home again. :)

3 Years of Pure Hell!!. My experience with Lone Star Flooring was horrible. We had a new home built and picked out a very expensive carpet from Lone Star Flooring. It was installed and a few months later the seems started to come apart and everytime we vaccuum, the filter gets clogged up with fibers from the carpet. We called and talked to the owner and he assured us the problem would be corrected. Now, 3 years later, the seems still have not been fixed and the vaccuum cleaner is still getting clogged. We bought the expensive carpet hoping it would last but we are very disappointed. I called repeatedly to try and have this corrected, reported them to the BBB, but evidently if the company pays their high dues to the BBB to be a member the BBB won't even listen to the consumers side of the story! The owner eventually stopped accepting my phone calls nor would he or management return my calls. I will never use these people again.

Tore Up From The Floor UP !!!! !!! !!!. I can't believe I let myself be manipulated by these scripted sales people. They made promises and did Not deliver!! Overcharged, under delivered, "bate and switched" on the materials; I am just furious. I have also reported them to the Texas Attorney General, The Federal Trade Commission and the BBB! These People Don't Care About Their Customers or consumers!!! !!! !!! PERIOD!! !! !!

on time. Lone star did our kitchen granite countertop. Our salesman Sam gave us a great price and he kept everything on time. I am so happy with my kitchen and professional Sam and the installers were.

saved money. This business truly lives up to its name. They did one of my homes in the spring area. The floor was ugly and old. I called them on Monday, we met on Tuesday and the floors were done by the weekend. They are very nice people too. Now the floors looked great! John actually saved us lots of money. Lone Star Floors is highly recommended by me!!!!

gladly. I would gladly recommend Lone Star Floors for your flooring job or even Granite countertops. Lone Star Floors offered a very competitive bid. They arrived on time and completed the installation of my master suite and home office within the expected timeframe. The crew was professional and considerate. They helped move my heavy and bulky furniture out of both rooms at the start of the job and back in the 2 rooms after the installation was complete. I would recommend Lone Star Floors without hesitation.
